Brand new slippers only used twice on holidays and the glue comes off called Gucci they say they can?t do anything sorry if this was LV they would definitely do anything to rectifyNo wonder Gucci is going down hill rubbish quality and customer service

Went into store for my husbands birthday gift, Harmeet Hira was amazing! She couldn?t do enough for me. I needed some assistance with sizing and if she wasn?t In store I probably would have left empty handed as the initial member of staff I encountered was quite unhelpful. She talked me through the sizings and compared different belts offered me a drink and made me feel so comfortable & even gave me a card so I was able to write a message with the gift; it?s the little touches that make great customer service. She even gave her details for aftercare if I had any issues with the sizing post purchase. I would definitely purchase from this store again mainly due to the great customer service I experienced. Thanks so much!

Don?t bother buying anything Gucci I?ve had to return a pair of heels due to them breaking after 1 summer of wearing them, they have 2 years warranty and I?m being told there not being fixed or replace! £600 on shoes for 1 summer and Warranty means nothing! I?ve spent a lot of money with Gucci over the years also. Trading standards have alot been contacted

Went in to get my mum a belt on Mother?s Day and although it was fairly busy in store Anita was really kind and friendly. Gucci is not a store I would normally visit but she made me feel welcome, especially since some high end brands do the opposite! Well done Anita for your fab service xx

Anita was wonderful when I first visited the Gucci Selfridges store in Birmingham. The other employees' customer service wasn't very good, but Anita was very efficient and kept an eye on other customers even while she was packing someone else's order. She approached me and inquired as to my assistance needs. Anita was really courteous and professional throughout my purchase.

Not even a star for the online costumers service! And online orders from Gucci.I just bought a gift for my husband ( a belt ) we did the measure as it says online and follow all the step.As I want to be something personalised I decided to click on the personalise the belt with his capital letters.However iddi not see that if you do that if can not have a exchange! The belt come a small size we just want a size up? not a refund!I spoke on the phone with no help and the excuses they told me ?this is our policy?.I have send even a email explaining everything!When others companies and more expensive than Gucci do that, as they send the item to the main factor and they fix it. I know is my mistake that I did not see the small text before to place the order, but why they do not understand their costumers?? We have not even took out the plastic that the metal has on.Is just two letters?. Now I will think twice to buy again from this company!

It was my first time shopping in Gucci, I wanted a new wallet, and was just about to walk off because I didn?t want to wait, then the lady said Excuse me sir is there something you want to look at, I replied no I want to buy a wallet. Job done, in and out, some people don?t like to wait why others just window shop. Top service. Thank you Gucci.

They cleaned my jewellery that I had purchased from a different store and helped me find the perfect jewellery that suited me personally. Birmingham seems to have more department stores than any city outside of Europe, Selfridges might be my favourite out of them all. This is one of the four Selfridges stores alongside two stores in Manchester, and their flagship on Oxford Street in London. The stunning building which looks like something from Dr Who, or a high budget sci-fi movie houses a large, modern department store that forms a large part of the Bullring across six floors. The Food Hall on the Ground Floor has some pretty cool brands including Tony's Cholonely, Nespresso and many other brands to fit the high-end nature of this place. Selfridges obviously isn't cheap, some of the items are obviously cheaper elsewhere but you are paying for the prestige associated with the department store, which I could understand in London, but Birmingham, not so much. There are a couple of restaurants and bars inside here too, including San Carlo (two locations), Yo Sushi and Archie's, sadly not much of a good selection for gluten-free and the Starbucks kiosk here closed down a couple of years ago. The lifts appeared to be hidden away, which for a six-floor building isn't ideal to rely on escalators to get from the top to the bottom, and the staff did seem a little unhelpful, maybe that was because they were understaffed on my previous few visits and they are struggling to cope. 4* - A pretty cool department store and well worth a look in while shopping in Birmingham, especially after John Lewis shut down (The technology section at John Lewis is night and day compared to here).
