never thought to leave a positive reviews for a greggs but i?ve been using the shard end branch a lot recently and im loving it they do really nice lattes ,the baguettes are always really nice and fresh lovely bread and the staff are really efficient and friendly

Dietary restrictions: Vegan and vegetarian options the vegan sausage rolls are beautiful in my opinion
Parking: Free street parking so easy to just run in quickly and not be charged to park
Wheelchair accessibility: All flat ground floor so easily accessible

Four people behind the counter, the only one serving was working at a snails pace. No queue control and apparently it?s ok for people to push in if they?re on something as no one bats an eyelid. Left after that and went to Castle Brom instead, much better service.

Always happy to serve the local crackheads with a smile but if you have all your teeth and can speak in a complete sentence you need to wait 15 minutes.

5 Star? it?s Greggs, the food is awesome, the staff are great. Only negative visit : I bought my usual pizza and drink, but my partner had asked me to grab a cake, preferably a Belgian bun, the buns are £1.20 each or 2 for £1.50 ?. I emptied my change on the counter (I usually pay by card, but it was in my vehicle) ? I selected a display box containing 2 Belgian buns and faced the counter waiting for confirmation from the assistant. I was shocked to be told, I was 3p short and I was instructed to return my box of Bb,s to the display. I left with my tail between my legs and the single bun. I understand Greggs aren?t there to subsidise everyone?s food and they are a business but I?m a regular customer and this shocked me.Otherwise ?. Great stuff ?
