I ordered via uber eats for a combination of 4 triple chocolate donuts and without being notified, contacted or informed I was sent something completely different not just one but all 4. The pizza I ordered was also not fresh at all. Highly disappointing store experience

Very Poor Service
Their manager, Silla, actually accused my 11-year-old son of deliberately lying about taking food to go, just to avoid paying the additional 30p ?eating in? charge. My son is only 11 years old and went in by himself to buy food (while I was parking the car). One of their staff members served him and did not even ask whether the food was to eat in or take away.
Even if he had asked, how would a child know that ?eating in? costs extra? There is absolutely no way my son would lie about something like this just to save 30p. Yet, in my absence, the manager shouted at my child and accused him harshly, saying things like: ?Stop trying to be clever, I know what you are doing.? only because she saw my son was sitting and eating in .
My son came out to the car looking confused and asked me if he had done something wrong. I went in to speak to the manager, and instead of offering any apology, she proudly stated that she is the manager, and spoke in an extremely rude and unprofessional manner.
It is completely unacceptable to speak to a child this way?making baseless accusations and showing zero remorse. I hope whoever reads this takes note of this so-called manager, Silla, and her appalling behavior.

First time I went it was great I received great customer service there was conversion between me and staff and my experience was generally all in all ok last few times I went however the woman that works the breakfast is just rolling her eyes in a hurrying way and is very short tempered for someone who works at such close proximity with customers. I think I'm going to just stop going to Gregg's on a morning I've never received good service when it comes to Gregg's, they staff barely seem to have a good mood on them doesn't seem like they've had time to smell the coffee themselves.

A nice spot for a mid-ride break for coffee and cookies if needed. Pleasant to sit outside but indoors also looks good.
Decent variety and good value coffee.
Prefer this stop because it's open early on Sundays and didn't support genocide (like other coffee establishments). ??

Really nicce staff, always a great selection of food. The only downfall is the help yourself milk jug it is not very hygienic as the beggars keep coming in and helping themselves with their dirty hands

The staff at Greggs are incredibly friendly, always providing service with a smile. The hot food is exceptional, consistently fresh and delicious, and the overall service is outstanding. A fantastic experience every time!
