Went to Greggs today absolutely terrible service the young lady served me and over charged me I had a £10 note and had 1 cheese onion pasty which cost £2 and then I had 2 chocolate eclairs which costed £1.50 each and I should of £5 Change but the young lady gave me 85p I think it?s a absolute discrase I went back in and spoke to the man about it he said to me that I was lying to him beacuse apparently I said only 1 chocolate eclaire when I said 2 he said I said no I didn?t he said yes I did he said no I never I said I definitely said 2 he only gave me the change for the 1 chocolate eclair and cheese onion pasty so i only got £3.50 and I should of got £5 I think they where taking advantage of because beacuse they knew I was a young girl

Very quick and polite service. Only £3.29 for a sausage Baguette, can't be beaten. This shop also has internal seating.

Bad service by an Asian girl who worked Saturday morning around 9.30 am(27/07/2024). Served food that dropped onto the floor. ?Food doesn't come out,? said. She is very poor for customer service. Bad experience

Horrible staff . Don't look like they want to be there. Got a bacon bap asked no sauce only yo find red sauce smeared on serviettes like they had wiped sauce off counter and wrapped it round my bap....never again.

Inept staff struggle with the concept of "a tiny bit of sauce". Genuinely ridiculous how staff cannot grasp that not everyone wants a soaking wet sandwich. Waste of money and time. Genuinely chucked in a bush out of disgust it was that vile.

Usual Greggs choice. However, absolutely poor customer service. They don?t even bother to let you know what pastry is in the different packet, just placed on the counter and walk away. This has happened on several occasions, so much so, even my 11years old comments on how poor the service is.

Worst hot chocolate ever, never again!! It was my first time at Greggs and after spotting the hot chocolate board outside I thought I'd give it a try. Bad mistake! Amongst the 4 flavors available, I picked the hot orange one only to regret it a few minutes after. The orange flavor is given by the sugar that is sprinkled on top of a whipped cream topping, absolutely nauseating as totally artificial, while the hot chocolate (was not even hot) is dreadful and I make a better one at home without too much effort. Short, it was a total waste of money and had to force myself to finish it but at least now I know I better stick to Caffè Nero. Quality comes at a price!

With the new vegan ranges, this has become a very useful chain. The coffee us nice too. They provide Soya milk sachets I'd you ask also. Overall the do offer a good selection.
