All fine, had to ask for napkins for my baguette to prevent a mess when eating as the supply was out, however the store was busy and the lady appeared to be alone.
Baguette and corned beef pasty were nice.

First time using this Greggs store yesterday. I dont normally leave reviews but couldnt let this go. Appalling attitude by one member of staff in there, 'Bell' I think I heard someone call her. Berating another staff member from one end of the store to the other, telling him to speak up. I was at the back of a long line and had no issues hearing him! Awful women, she should not be in a customer facing roll, bully!

Went in for breakfast, good food but really unprofessional woman with red hair behind the counter. She was shouting and harassing the employee on the counter in front of the customers. She told him he was better off quiting. If i was the lad I wouldn't have handled it as well as he did. Straight up rudeness.

This has to be the worst Greggs ever. The awful woman manager is rude and needs to be taught people skills! Will never go there again. I've heard the same from other customers but I found out first hand.
