During my recent visit with my daughter, I encountered an employee named Aneesha who appeared very angry and frustrated. Her demeanor made the shopping experience uncomfortable, and it felt like she was not engaged in her role. This kind of attitude can negatively impact customer experience and could harm your business. I hope this feedback helps improve service in the future.

Fantastic, great service and very helpful and jolly staff especially their supervisor who always greets customers with a smile.

Most of the staff are lovely, the younger girls are very bubbly and chatty. However some of the staff are incredibly unprofessional, will chat away to certain customers while there is a long queue and are then rude to you. Surely all customers should be treated the same? Overheard one older Asian lady talking about other staff members to customers. That seems incredibly unprofessional to me, I have never walked in another establishment where this happens.
Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options often run out, have to wait up to 20 minutes sometimes

Recently attended this specific store with my Autistic Algerian surrogate son Anas (who also wrote a review) a server with the name of Freyah disregarded my offsprings disability specifically his speech impediment as a result of his autism and got really impatient with him before telling him to F off. As if that wasnt bad enough they deleted my last review in an attempt to silence me like im a prisoner inside of North Korea. People with that kind of patience shouldnt be allowed to serve people and i hope Greggs HQ know they have lost a loyal long time customer!

waiter called freyah told me to f off and left me to wait for 10 minutes until the shop closed down then refused to serve me, very upset as she was murmuring words under her voice too which felt very disrespectful

I normally visit this greggs every morning before I catch my train. Staff are ever so nice, friendly. Fiji staff and coffee/cookie set for the day.

Ordered on just eat, half the order missing but still charged for it! Wrong sandwhich sent. Disappointing. Waited 30min for delivery for nothing.
