Literally saw the worker cook the bacon/ham alongside the cheese pasty's in the same oven!
Had to walk out, ain't eating no bacon smoked cheese pasty's!

Popped in to get a coffee and the young girl who served me was absolutely lovely. Gave me a genuine smile and said have a lovely day. Please stay this way and do not let the general public or colleagues tell you to be any other way! You brightened up my day ?

Ordered a TGTG and I received a text message as I literally got to the counter that my order was cancelled due to no surplus food despite the shop clearly having a lot left. Lady was rude telling me orders were cancelled an hour and half prior even though I ordered at 16:35 and being in the store at 17:30 when I got the text so clearly something is a miss. Probably forgot to cancel and trying to fob me off

Hi just left this store, after being verbally abused by the two members of staff, one was called Saff & the other white lady would not give me her name, I was also lied to about a cancellation of a order that I had placed, saying that I had been sent the cancellation prior email over three hours before I was due to go & collect my order, this was lies, I received the cancellation email approximately thirty six minutes before my order was due to be collected, yes I accept I didn't check my email, before going to the store, but to get to the store & be verbally abused & lied to is just not acceptable, I demand that these two members of staff be disciplined accordingly, they both need training how to serve & talk to customer in a professional way.

Hi I would like to make a complaint, at approximately 8.25 this morning I visited your store on the coventry Rd petrol station, upon entry I witnessed one of your store supervisor goes by the name Rachel verbal abuse another member of staff shouting at her infront of customers I redeem this as very unprofessional and u will not be returning to this store.
