Attitude of the staff stink

I?m a regular here but last week on Mondays this is the only day I go there to treat my granddaughters , when I complain about the ginger bread man not been up to standard the guy didn?t even apologise instead his lecturing me that it comes from out spice ? please get some decent staff that can be respectful.
Vegetarian options: No complaint on the mains , just be on the deserts and unrespect. Staff

Really impressed with the service we received. Acocks Green store staff especially Bek were really nice and friendly. They provide best service to every customer. Ordered stuff for our work party and received freshly cooked and proper warm stuff with everything else required to serve food. A big thank you to Bec and her team.

The food was good like normal however the staff were rude especially one of the guys who was just straight up rude and didn?t even let us decide what we wanted to eat between ourselves as he kept rushing us when the place was empty. His way of talking to us was not nice and treated us disgustingly . Very bad Costumer service so would not recommend.

Visit branch about 4-5 times per week and have been coming here for months. All the staff are good apart from one Asian older lady who seems to always make my speciality drinks with less syrup or misses cream etc out. Whenever I?m served by anyone else I am satisfied.
