The people are so nice and the make the best omelette bap I have ever had. They never fail me on taste and satisfaction.
Kid-friendliness: They have pizzas and LOTS of sweet treats.

Rude member of staff who served us today who had no patience when she couldn't understand what we were ordering and customer service was sadly lacking.
Ordered to take out, food was stone cold when it was given to us and when we got home, we realized one of the items we had ordered and paid for was missing.
Won't be buying from this Greggs again.

Nice place, like all Gregg's are however it's a pity about the druggy beggars who are always outside preying on passers by or customers going in and out of the shop, it's a pity Gregg's can't just get them moved

Shocking service this morning went into get sausage and bacon sandwich I asked for pot of sweet chill sauce , I was reflused by two members of staff saying I could only have red or brown . I also order a coffee thr service was shocking from start to finish. The member of staff called Wendy really unimpressed by her attitude she told me greggs policy to say I can't have sweet chill pot I asked her to show me where this is the case her response was if we had everything written down then walls would be full. I have tuned round asked for refund I asked for store manager details she away she relfused to provide am details. Has a I walked out she said have a notice day. Outrageous service all over a sweet chil pot of which I was happy too pay for .
