Was served by this nasty rude supervisor, was only asking if the cream on the pumpkin spice was dairy free as i am severely lactose intolerant and received a scowl and harsh no. I work in service and always am pleasant as I know how hard the job is. Didnt even bother to use my greggs reward app as when i pulled my phone i received yet another scowl and an eye roll. Its a shame as its a lovely shop every other staff member is pleasant but if this is what a supervisor is behaving like then what are they teaching to service workers and how are her subordinates being bosses around and screamed at behind closed doors? I think this is totally unacceptable and am praying for the community?s and workers? sake that she gets fired. Really disappointing.

Awful customer service by this young lady working, Greggs my favourite place for breakfast I never had any problems before. I always drink strong tea and always ask for two bag. So i asked her nicely if I can have two tea bag in My cup she refused and was rude attitude.

I like to stop for breakfast a few times a week and it's OK and good value. A few of the younger staff need to work on their people skills as they look and sound like they don't want to be there. The more mature members are an absolute delight.
