Always rammed but fast service. Quite often they are short on food items because of the amount of people served. I can get what I want but do need to wait for something to be cooked usually.

0 customer service, the staff rush and talks fast and they don't even smile. You don't feel welcome! Really not a good Greggs compared to others. I will never go there! This is the second time this has happened, the first time I let it slide as I thought they had bad like we all do but the second time, I even felt discriminated.
