Greggs inside Primark Birmingham is an absolute gem! After a busy morning of shopping, there?s nothing better than grabbing a delicious bite right there in-store. The location is perfect, and the setup is clean and well-organised.
The food? As amazing as ever! Freshly baked vegan rolls, warm pastries, and their signature coffee hit the spot. The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, even during the lunch rush. It?s such a convenient and brilliant idea to have Greggs in Primark a match made in heaven!
Highly recommend stopping by whether you?re shopping or just in the area. It?s the perfect place to recharge. 10/10 experience!

This review is strictly about the employee on the afternoon shift on the 11th of December, didn't catch her name. She was on shift with a trainee, Alex.
There was a queue of more than 10 people and the trainee was struggling with some coffees while she was pretending to sweep the floor and then completely disappeared in the back not considering for a second to help the trainee and acknowledge the people waiting in the queue.

This rating is for Greggs as a company, not the staff. The staff are lovely. Greggs really needs to recruit more staff members at Lunch time! Waiting time is more than 10mins! It?s too long! Greggs as a company needs more focus on customer service and not just profit by reducing staff! Or maybe it?s poor resourcing by Greggs! Very disappointing!

The bullring greggs are always busy, but you get served pretty quickly with several staff on till. This store, you are always guaranteed hot pasties because they're always keeping their selection topped up. Some stores are a bit slower at this. Staff are typically serving with a smile, I get some days in the bullring would be manic so hats off to them. I love a greggss, you know what you're getting!

i?m confused if i like costa coffee more or Gregg?s coffee more. although both are solid 10/10 for coffees unlike starbucks which has some kind of coffee syrup added in water kind of a taste, i?d say i just added 2 sugar for greggs to make it sweeter whereas i usually add around 5 at costa coffee just to cut the bitter coffee taste. we have tried a few of ready to eat baked items too and all were great. it also has a reward system so all the UK residents, don?t forget to get one, even if you?re here for a long vacation ;)

I was served by a lovely lady named Amena her customer service skill ate brilliant and she was very kind. It?s really rare nowadays to receive impeccable customer service. First time I went there too so definitely will be going back.
