Called at this store this morning at 10.30 for breakfast roll and coffee x 2. Still standing in queue at 10.55. One young lady doing her best to serve the long queue. Several people left the queue after waiting 20-25 mins including myself. By the time I would have been served breakfast session would be over. 2 additional staff behind prepping stuff for hot and cold counter. Delivery orders being prepared nothing refilled so what would be left for queuing customers when their turn before 11am. Sales being lost through lack of staff organisation for busy time of day.
