Staff very bad attitude towards customers at Greggs shop, Harborne in Birmingham, especially a male staff, look about 25 of age, due to his negligence, No correct advice on me causing me to stand in a wrong line for order. i already explained to the staff i thougth the first till is for food ordering. But he looks angry and shouted at me 'OUT' or i call the police.
in fact, i am a frequent Greggs customer at Harborne Greggs shop, there are 2 tills facing to the entry, i knew the first tills on the right is usually for customers to line up for order and the people waiting in front of the second till is usually for food-collection I don't understand why he simply not telling me to stand in the correct line, then i would definitely do as he told, but the staff didn't say this and just emphasize ' OUT' , or i call the police,
So i am angry to speak to the male staff , Why call the police for this minor things.
Finally i saw a young lady staff about 20 of age, standing behind the male staff, she saw what i explained to the male staff, she didn't calm down the male staff about his losing temper, instead of saying with smile , Yeh Yeh, call the police,
i am strange why both the staff are so rude. i want to complain about the staff. and the staff should have been trained again how to polite to customers and control his temper.

I love a Greggs. Easy tasty breakfast and nice coffee. Great prices. Staff are generally great! And they get things done quickly. It's great to see, I hope they are paid properly for their hard work.

Lovely store right in the herat of Harborne High Street. So the great quality and prices of Greggs in the heart of the pricier zone of Brum.
The staff are always lovely here and make a visit special.

I'm really disappointed in my experience at Greggs. I'm a regular here and bring my reusable cup in everyday. It's something I look forward to every morning. I was charged over 5 pounds for a large americano with an espresso shot. That is highway robbery. It normally costs around 2.50 with the cup discount. Never more than 3 pounds. It cost me less to take an uber back from edgbaston back to this store in Harborne. I tried to call the store number to speak to someone and I received no reply. I don't think I'll be going back.

This place is really nice.
Greggs is always good but it's really cool how this one in particular always has great customer service.
Just today for example there was a really sound dude... Eastern European I think from accent.
Very chilled and nice vibe here.

I was just feeding a drop of bread from my left over sandwich when a woman working at Greg?s called Olivia rudely approached me and told me to move on and feed the pigeons, which I did but I stopped anyway and she told me it?s illegal to feed birds or pigeons. I looked it up saw it?s actually NOT illegal in uk just advised to be cautious really .
I went back inside the shop and told her she?s wrong it?s not illegal.
It amazes me how one who doesn?t even know the law had the audacity to leave the store where she works to order me to move on and then realising she was wrong about the law . These are the type of people who turn a blind to serious crimes in our neighbourhood but like to moan about petty things.
How rude and unattractive perhaps she should pay attention to actually doing the job she is payed to do.
