I?m extremely concerned about the lack of response from your Woolwich staff today. A homeless man was violently attacked outside your store, and his head was smashed against your window so hard it smashed the glass. When I asked for help to stop the bleeding, all I was given were napkins?no gloves, no first aid kit, no meaningful assistance.
Do your stores not have first aid kits or trained staff to respond to emergencies? The response was deeply disappointing and raises serious concerns about your health and safety protocols. I urge you to review this incident and take appropriate action

Can't beat Greggs tuna baguettes for when your going out all day to have for lunch. However the baguette from here was slightly wet compared to my regular and local store. Use the app for regular visits.

The so called manager that works there is rude and absolutely STINKS of ALCOHOL her name is teresa I?ve visited many times and she?s always abrupt with staff and she?s been rude to customers!!! I don?t know if she?s just a nasty person or if it?s the alcohol she?s consumed the night before!!!
As I said I?ve been here many times and every time she?s absolutely stank of booze
NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL in my eyes
I think a couple of the other workers deserve her badge as manager!!!
I really suggest doing alcohol tests on her over a certain amount of time or even a blood test as from what I have seen she?s definitely an alcoholic

Nice Greggs clean and staff are friendly and helpful (tell you about deals, use of app etc) love Greg's always same great quality no matter the location plus this one is connected to a petrol station so can get other bits from the shop section as well as fill up the car and get a great Greg's selection
