A lady called Ruth was serving me and she had a whole attitude when I asked a question she had a passive aggressive tone and she lashed out she?s so rude to be honest she had different approach to other people very aggressive. And To top it of their was the 3 cold steak bakes and their was a whole new batch of the fresh ones but after she gave me my steak bake i realised she gave me the cold ones so rude and disgusting

always go this Greggs? but today was a joke I ordered through Ubereats had to find me a driver about 5 times food was surprisingly edible and warm still as it came an hour later come on on gregg get better Uber drivers

My experience at Greggs is very nice. I do like the staff, and find them very helpful. Although sometimes rushed off their feet. The food is fine, and the atmosphere very nice. It is surprising who you see. I always meet my friend in Greg's, and we have a drink and a bite to eat. So l find it lovely.Thanking you.Mrs Kirsten CóokKid-friendliness: All l can say is it is nice to see children, and on the whole a very friendly place, apart from the odd person you can never please.

As just eat Driver I went to pick the order it?s took almost 20 minutes to make the order ready and when I request about order they ignored and went at the back and laughed at me , old woman rude and disrespectful .please avoid this place I have recovered

Rude people disgusting food didn?t even get what i asked for right, very unprofessional and dangerous especially if someone has allergies and was to get given the wrong food, big blonde lady completely ignored me as she cared more about her conversation with another member of staff i asked her the same question several times as she continued to ignore me.i love Greggs never goes wrong but this store is honestly the worst greggs i have been to in all the years i have been eating greggs never again!!

So slow.Rude member of staff,talking about me to another member of staff. Its not the first time. Made me feel uncomfortable. Will never use Gregg's again !
