“Don't know what's happened to the Card Factory just lately, it seems to not have a very good choice of Birthday cards, could be due to COVID-19 They do however have lovely items for both sex marriage's, which I did buy for a friend and her partner. Would go back as staff are both helpful and friendly.”

“I popped in just after midday today (29.08.25) and was only there for a short time but what a good experience!
Usually they have everything l want but today they didn't have quite what l was looking for, however, Jade endeavoured to help me find a solution l was happy with.
Jade was bright, diligent and friendly so l received excellent customer service. In a word, exceptional.
The young lady at the till (didn't catch her name) was also wonderful and together they made me feel incredibly welcome.
Great members of staff, lots of choice and reasonable prices. Will shop here again and again. Many thanks!”

“there is always some think for some one weather it's birthday card or balloons and candles or wrapping paper and there so much choice plus prices are fantastic would recommend anyone to try this shop”
“Good shop for any occasion. Just hate the ques they ever get if a popular date is approaching, like mothers day or valentines day etc. Other than that it's a good shop. Prices no one can really complain about because it's not expensive and the balloons last weeks, honestly with the helium they use. Really good.”

“I went into card factory Scott arms on Sunday and the member of staff Courtney helped me find some balloons for a very special event coming up and also helped me find a lovely gift bag, even though she had just finished blowing up a lot of other balloons behind the counter she still went out of her way to come and help me.Courtney I am extremely grateful for your help and thank you for making the decision alot less stressful for myself.Will definitely go to this store again.”

“Card Factory in Harborne - absolutely fantastic service. I needed some party balloons for my twin girls birthday and the service I received was second to none. The staff actually took the stress away as the party I am having is rather large so they catered from picking the balloons to the table designs!
