Its difficult for me to pick up my medication because its quite far from where i live so better the ng near one that's why my mum is the pick up my medication and my mum went back until evening

Every time I go in its different staff EVERY TIME .. now the big problem last Monday 15/1/24 called to order important tablets the lad agreed of what I ordered on thursday 18/1/24 I called to see if ready THEY HADNT ORDERED THEM they are as much use as a chocolate fireguard and are going to make people seriously ill or possibly kill them by not getting orders ready or correct when ordered ..... I even complained to the parent Company MS LUNTS and they haven't even bothered to reply ... a few years ago there was 2 great staff members but they were forced to leave I know why but wont put it on here since then it's gone downhill quicker than an Olympic skier ... we are changing our pharmasists to someone better

Been using this pharmacy for many yrs & have had no issues. Staff are helpful & friendly. Never had any issues with ordering meds as a nominated pharmacy with my GP surgery.

I?ve left here and gone to castle chemist. The main woman who runs the counter (blue tunic/silver buttons, likes to call you ?hun?) is so rude it?s incredible. She has no patience, and talks down to you. She?s was so angry at me once a friend said ?I can?t believe how she just spoke to you?. The lady with the long curly auburn hair and the small lady with blonde hair are nice and friendly, but the main one who runs it has the attitude of a rhinoceros. I have autism, and it?s such a relief not to have to deal with her anymore.

This establishment is pathetic. Regularly they don?t put prescriptions through correctly, they lose prescriptions, they?re rude to costumers and close the shop early. I am absolutely appalled at the ?service? the staff supply here

The staff don't seem very professional. I have recently moved to this area. My GP prescribed me 14 tablets. I went to collect the prescription but the staff only gave me 7 tablets. Only at my second visit, a week later, the staff found the other 7 tablets left over from previous week. I will definitely give this pharmacy a miss and nominate another pharmacy, even if that means I'll have to walk 3 miles.

Absolute joke! Say one thing then another then wonder why someone they KNOW has 4 mental health disorders gets upset. Duh! Example...meds due today driver sat outside got out with meds looked around and got back in his car...drove off. I get told ill get them the next day. Then told he doesn't start his rounds til later ? then that he will come back IF he has time..implying it might not happen that lady loves to mess around like that...they know I rely on my tablets and there's risk of seizure if I go without. They are a disgrace...

Went to get a rapid covid test. Clearly something went wrong as they called me 10 minutes after I had finished but I missed the call. Did not bother to leave a voicemail. No results received. Simply wasted my time, disgraceful customer service. 100% Do not recommend.

Love all the staff there. Thay are always there to help in anyway possible .shop is always so clean and shelves are very well stocked and all items are all priced at the lowest possible.Well done and thank you to all staff ??
