Went in for a meal with the family and had the best burger I?ve had in a while. Staff were all really friendly despite being busy. Great service from Michael. Would definitely recommend.

Exceptional Customer service from a lady named Hayley, she honestly couldn?t do enough to make us feel welcome and looked after. amazing service. hailey was perfect with my sons. shes deserves recognition. truly. we will be back when we visit the sea life. my little boy is 1 today and she gave us ice cream to celebrate.

Another burger great joint. I ordered the rocket man burger and my girlfriend ordered the cheese and bacon burger. They were so delicious and juicy. However i felt like the portions of the burgers could have been bigger. I finished mine in 5 bites which was a bit disappointing. For sides we ordered two truffle mayo fries and chicken tenders. They were okay nothing special. It cost us around £40 for 2 burgers, 3 sides and 2 soft drinks with our student discount. Im happy to say that I enjoyed my visit.

An amazing experience for a quick bite to eat for lunch with our work team. A big school party was sat before us but our food was on time and tasted delicious. Thank you olivia and veronica for the service we will be back soon

Burger was very good had a taxi driver with smashed avocado and jalapeno, very enjoyable. Fries were also good. Staff friendly, got seated by the door which was very draftee, restaurant was half empty, but didn't bother moving. Milkshakes were disappointing to say the least, a lot more flavour needed. Desert selection was also very disappointing after the lovely burger. Overall i enjoyed the meal and friendly staff. The loo is a million miles away up lots of steps. Expectations were low, food turned out to be good.

The setting is fabulous. The food was amazing, and Hayley, the manager, was so welcoming and hosted us perfectly. The chips, onion rings, burger, and beer combination were perfect. The flavours mingled and harmonised. The charring on my burger added a lovely barbecued note. Simpley sublime.

Really good food but what made a family Monday evening trip/dinner feel special was the staff! They were all so amazing and accommodating, esp Miguel and his colleague. Great work guys!

Nothing special in what is now becoming an increasingly saturated burger joint restaurant market. Directed to use the app to order which I have no qualms with, however the menu had more options online than the paper menu we were handed. Had to raise an eyebrow when the app had the cheek to automatically put on a tip, which I?m not entirely sure what service I was getting. Food was ok but couldn?t fathom why the food came out lukewarm for saying we were the only two guests in the restaurant at the time the food came. Despite the temperature, food was relatively ok. In no rush to hurry back to this chain.

We went to GBK Brindley Place, Birmingham following an excellent experience with GBK in another place, South Kensington. Unfortunately it was largely a forgettable lunch here. We tried Korean Chicken burgers and classic chicken burgers and they were mostly anonymous. They had run out of onion rings. The chips were average. The service was very ordinary, on a day when the restaurant was vastly empty. Don?t know if this was a one off, but based on this, we won?t be returning to this particular branch in a hurry. This is a shame considering how superb the food was in other GBK branches.

Service was very impersonal, directed to use an app to order however this was different to the paper menu we were given. The glass that was provided for the drink still had the lip marks of the last customer and was sticky, when I asked for a clean glass I watched as they gave it a quick rinse and gave it back to me. As for the food this was below expectations the burgers were very well cooked and black on the bottom even though I requested it to be cooked medium. However I would recommend the truffle fries they were very tasty. Much better burger restaurants can be found in Birmingham.

It was great, burgers and the fries are crispy but nice and fluffy in the centre and the burgers themselves were juicy and full of flavour
