Rochelle was an absolutely amazing to deal with. She dealt with a severe nut allergy in the correct way and was completely confident throughout the ordering process. She checked to make sure everything was okay with our food! Overall outstanding experience. 10/10

We had such a wonderful meal at Gourmet Burger Kitchen. My partner and I both have special diets but this was no problem for Rochelle & Lex our lovely waitresses. The food was delicious and it was more like visiting friends than eating in a restaurant. Definitely the best place to eat in Resorts world next to the NEC Birmingham. We will definitely be back. Thank you!
