The stylists are amazing in this salon. They?re very friendly and most importantly very skilled! Can?t fault them! HOWEVER just be very careful of the owner as she confirms one price but when you?re done and about to pay she will add on a £20/30+ Bcus apparently of this or that during the process! Has happened to me 3 times a as customer and I?ve witnessed it happen to other customers. They will not tell you during the process extra charges have been added on. So be careful.

I used to be the regular customer for my eyebrows. It?s been almost 2 years I have been visiting this parlour and always pleased with the services. However, recently I met an eyebrow lady named kamli/kamla. The most weird, rude woman I have come across. Please I advised you all keep away from her. She started shouting on me for no reason. I think she has some mental issues. So be aware from her if you are visiting this parlour.

I am not satisfied .. i asked the lady which i will not name here ..i showed her picture that i need my hair cut like this she said it will not suit you etc for that i said ok.. but i said i need layers then she asked me i will not do very short hair cut i was satisfied that she will not in the end i cant even see one single layer in my hair..neck short hairs.. with zero sense of styling.. and when i was done she was saying ih amazing hair cut and i was like where my all hair gone i was looking like a cartoon.. i am shocked i am depressed i am looking for help . I dont know which hair cut she did to me she even dont knowthat.

The best in the business. Have been coming here since 2019 and have never disappointed. All the staff are professional and always offer the best service and are very friendly. Freida is a gem and i always follow her advice when it comes to my colour and style and have never been disappointed and her coffee is amazing ? ??

I have always had a wonderful experience at Glossybox. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the modern and welcoming atmosphere. The staff was friendly and attentive, taking the time to understand exactly what I wanted for my hair. Freeda is absolutely amazing, great personality. Love her!The hair colour itself was fantastic! It exceeded my expectations, and I left feeling like a brand new person. The attention to detail and precision was evident in the final result. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Absolutely lovely! I will definitely be back again. It was my first time using this salon and they fit me in straight away after I had a last minute cancellation from another salon. Fareeda was at the front desk and she was absolutely lovely, and I had my hair cut by Amaani who was absolutely lovely, my hair needed a good tlc and some life out back into it and MaShaAllah she did such a great job, she took her time and was so chilled. insha'Allah I will be back again when my next cut is due :)

Had my hair coloured here a few months back. Colour was ok not amazing. The service is not so great. Didn?t get offered a drink, my coat hung up etc . Things you?d expect from a salon of their prices. Also they quote different prices to different people . I get everyone hair is different but it seems like they make it up on the spot and overcharge people more. They should have a price list online..Seems like the newer 5 star reviews are from the owner.Salon overall is ok, not luxury and slightly over priced.

Glossy box is AMAZING! I could not recommend a Better place to get your hair done. I am ALWAYS! ALWAYS happy with my hair whenever I get it done here. They are not only best at hair but the most loveliest hair dressers. They always look after me and my sister whenever we go. Freeda and Amarni are such kind people, I could sit there for hours and feel comfortable. I know I am never disappointed whenever I come to this salon. I show them a picture tell them how I would like it and just relax and leave it to them. My hair always comes out better than what I want. What else I love the most about coming here is how they look after my hair and give me hair care tips. Before I visited the salon my hair was so dry and damaged. But now after getting my hair done it feels really healthy. I got a trim which was needed, and also they had used olaplex which gave my hair the softness. I am soo happy with my hair thanks to Freeda and Amarni. My sisters hair looks amazing too and we always get asked where we get it done. We receive many compliments on our hair. The best hair salon in Birmingham! They have the friendliest and talented team! Every time I have shown a picture of how I want my hair it always comes out that exact way or even better, I am always leaving feeling amazing! This lovely woman called Amani worked on my hair and she was so amazing and so sweet. Freeda and all the other staff are also so nice and make sure they check up on you during the whole process!
