“On very occasions I tend to think people who works at gas stations are very weird rude or u helpful but I must commend that I refuse to go anywhere but here as the service people and staff and always willing helpful and kind …On one occasion , I dropped my wallet with money and card in it … I receive a call from ash stating that I did everything was return and I was so pleased …Ash is gem of this store he remembers your name and always hails you with a warm greeting.. I am not sure if he is the owner or apart of management but this kind of level of service is commendable !!!”

“This is the place from where I start my shift. The first thing I need is Starbucks dark beans Latte coffee, my Pepsi Max and a lucky dip. A chat with friendly staff is a must thing. “The fuel in here is really cheap, I don't know how but its cheap. Its not bad fuel as well, as long as you use your petrol or diesel cleaner so often you should be OK with this cheap fuel. They also have the super unleaded here too. Check them out. There's a subway in there also”

“I used the 20kg washing machine for some big blankets. I brought my own washing powder, but didn't need it as it was included in the selection process. You can even select text message to let you know when your washing almost done so you don't have to sit around waiting if you don't want to. The machine doors lock until after the cycle is finished and there are security cameras to make sure you are ok if you decide to do laundry at night. You pay for your laundry cycle using contactless. Great service ?”

“Very popular station as just before joining the M5. Don't go here if you are in a rush as many people go to the Costa coffee inside the petrol station after paying for fuel so you end up being stuck. However I do the same but ensure I leave enough time in my journeys.”

“will be eternally grateful to the lovely kind man serving in the Esso service Station yesterday morning at weather oak alcester road .I arrived with approx 50mls fuel left in my tank to get fuel only to find I had forgotten my purse!! .I knew I did not have enough fuel to get me home (Alcester) . The kind man trusted me and took my mob number and let me fill my tank and call him as soon as I arrived back home to pay (aprox 2 hrs later). I am so glad he trusted me and am very grateful to him I would like to thank him and thank you Esso”
“Can't thank Bash and the team at Castle Vale enough for their help when my car broke down on my way to a meeting in Rugby. “I don't go here for fuel since I have other place with cheaper prices but I do come here from time to time to get some air in the tyres when need be and well what can I say, they do sell some good quality air. One pound gives you six minutes, yes six minutes not five like some other petrol stations. So if you need a little extra time for your tyre pump this is the place.”

“This is a fuel stop on a main road and stock consumables for onward travel--the fuel is at a lower rate than a lot of the fuels stations around ,- it is situated opposite a park with children's play ground --you can even have your car cleaned here -- it is maned practically 24/7 well worth stopping of to fill up”
