A bad experience was had from the second our order was processed.The item has been discontinued by the supplier but still advertised on site. Ordered a preshaped pond online. The delivery was a week late. Tried to cancel and get a refund. Got told that I had to pay to return the item myself (which is fine) but also got told that there would be an £88 'cancellation and restock fee' for a £150 pond. Avoid.
