Went in a couple of times in one day with my 12 year old who wanted to buy some single cards. The service from one guy was excellent - he really tried to help my son find the Pokémon cards that he was looking for. However the service and attitude of the other two men that we encountered was unfriendly and unhelpful. One of the men tried to tell us to use the website instead of buying in-store - clearly to make their lives easier. I was grateful to the one guy who helped us and made my son's day. Clearly he understands the joy that adding new cards to the Pokédex brings to a child collector. I think the other members of staff, as adults, may have forgotten that.

A nice hidden gem i stumbled across when i trying to find Christmas gifts. Definitely worth a visit if you are the nerdy type for trading card games!

Had a great time picking out pokemon cards from the common and slightly less common ranges, great way to fill out my pokedex/collection. Thanks to Dan and the staff for being so friendly and helpful I will pop back next time I'm in Birmingham for sure.

Dan and the team are always lovely and are always there to help when you need them.It's always good to go in and have a chat with them when your in.Have spent a lot of money here on the cards I need for my collections.

Everything I bought was decently priced, and the delivery speed was next day. Dan also answered my queries as fast as possible, easily one of the best in my opinion

Dan and team are always a pleasure to be around and do business with. Kind, caring, professional are just a few words that spring to mind as I'm writing this on my trip home. Always a happy experience everytime I go, they always go the extra mile just to to see a smile, I'm very indecisive everytime I go and get panicked easily but never feel pressured or rushed when buying cards or the like. Thank you Dan and his amazing team for always looking after me.P.S the new website is amazing well done!

Every time I visited this store I was treated with good hospitality and kindness that is hard to find when you come to a game store. They give the best deals and fair prices. Zach, Dan, Ross and Zach are the coolest people ever and never fail to make me smile and laugh. I highly recommend trading and buying from this store the best game store I?ve ever been too.

For me personally I like to get my hands on cards to look at them. I like the graft of looking through 1000s of cards. But in this shop you tell the staff what card your looking for and they find them. For me this shop kills my enjoyment of collecting pokemon cards.
