We cannot recommend G.H.Moore & Sons enough. We visited the store whilst searching the Jewellery Quarter for our wedding rings, numerous other stores recommended G.H.Moore & Sons as we were looking for a non precious metal ring for my fiance. The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and couldn't help us enough. We ordered a ring which arrived very quickly, unfortunately it was half a size too small. The staff quickly dispatched a return envelope and organised an exchange straightaway.When then ring arrived it fit perfectly, however whilst trying it on on the drive way it fell from the box to the gravel below causing a scratch. I contacted the store immediately and they said that we could send it back and they would correct it. Within a week the rings was returned in perfect condition. The staff kept us updated with messages throughout, they couldn't have been more helpful.

we went to G H Moore,s on sat 1st of july 2023, The service is excellent (thank you Adele) had a small repair done in less than an hour, they came highly recommended and did not disapoint. I recommend G H Moore to all my friends and family

We loved your down to earth friendly sales and workshop team - you certainly did make the solving of my husband and my jewellery problem a pleasurable experience from start to finish. The quality of a business shines through when the need arises for them to respond to an issue. Having designed and made a beautiful pearl and sapphire ring, Adele dealt with a minor issue in the most professional manner. My partner used G H Moore and Son to make an engagement ring and I couldn't be happier. Adele and the team were in constant contact and we got so much from them including, being sent computer images followed by 3D printed models to try on. This is so much more than we were offered in London. It was worth the journey!

I have just re-visited this shop after 3 years - it?s still such a charming little shop with great prices, superb quality and a genuine friendly service. I travelled over 100 miles because I trust this company - they beat the high street by £1000 on a diamond solitaire ring and same on diamond earrings. Call them and they will be able to help!! Thank you, Kirsty.I can't stop using this shop, they're amazing. I travelled from Oxford to Leeds but called in to GH Moore along the way for a pair of real diamond earrings for my Mum's 70th, she was so pleased. Thanks again!!

Myself and my husband purchased our wedding rings from GH Moore & Sons over 10 years ago and took our rings back to be resized (and repaired from general wear) not only was the service fantastic but our rings are stunning and look exactly like the day they were made. Also while in store I fell in love with a pendant that they had designed and made on display and enquired about having an additional one made for my daughter but smaller (which I thought would be a ridiculous request for a bespoke piece) but the team went above and beyond and had it made for us! I don't think we could ever shop anywhere else again. The staff are excellent, the jewellery is beautiful and I would highly recommend to anyone! Thank you again GH Moore & Sons xxx
