I went here not to long ago and there was many lovely staff but unfortunately there was one staff who came across very rude and arrogant. I think she was maybe a higher staff member as she didn?t have frankie and bennys t-shirt on but she overall made my experience not enjoyable.

Went there today for lunch, unfortunately wasn't very impressed, food was cold and service was poor,considering that there was only a handful of people in the restaurant there were only 2 waitresses on duty, we probably won't be visiting there soon

We ordered a pasta and a chicken burger plus an extra portion of onion rings.
Both dishes came out cold, the chips were cold, and the onion ring was cold, so we had to send it back. We didn't send back the pasta as pasta can be eaten cold, although the red peppers seem to have gone off as I could taste it being rotten. When they brought back the burger and onion ring, the chips were just warm. So overall we are very disappointed with our meal and I hope we won't get food poisoning ?
