Amazing service from Flower Centre Birmingham. My girlfriend is in the UK and I wanted to surprise her today with some flowers. I ordered the flowers at 1.30PM today 12.30am for me as I live in Australia and they were delivered within the hour. Service is second to none! 2nd time in 2 months I have ordered her flowers and she is over the moon.

I live overseas and left it very late to order Mother?s day flowers on Friday afternoon. Found the Flower Centre on google.Very helpful staff who advised me that i could only have ?florist's choice ? and wouldn?t know what they would be like until they arrived.They didn?t disappoint !!!Stunning flowers and couldn?t have picked a nicer selection myselfHuge thank you and i would highly recommend ??

I ordered some flowers online for Valentine?s Day with the intention of surprising my partner at work by having them on here desk before she got into work.Unfortunately the flowers I ordered online was frankly diabolical!After calling around countless florists I had no joy getting hold of any red roses never lone 24 which I was after and in the short time frame I needed them.My last ditch attempt was this amazing company who not only had the red roses and was well prepared for such a special day for most people with plenty of red roses they also seemed to understand my situation and after agreeing a price which was higher than I expected(I had never purchased 24 red roses or any flower/flowers for that matter from a florist before only once online and didn?t know how much they actually cost, but the price was reasonable if not better compared to other florists)they had them ready to go within 30 minutes and wow!!! What an absolute amazing bouquet they put together for me! Honestly I never seen such beautiful fresh quality roses in my life, I could see that my money was well spent! The ladies helped me out so much I couldn?t thank them enough. I managed to deliver my valentines surprise to my partner who was absolutely over the moon with the flowers. For that I?m extremely grateful!The Teddy bear, chocolates and card in the photo was from the online company not the Flower Centre Birmingham company. Only the flowers :).I will see you next year.Thank you again.Luke.

The team patiently and creatively helped me design a funeral tribute arrangement. It became a basket with low-scent flowers and a ribbon message. It looked beautiful and fresh. It was a great asset to the occassion. This is not the first time that their quality products and workmanship have given me a boost at a sad or stressful time.

If you are looking for a bespoke bouquet of flowers this is the place to go to.Just had these gorgeous flowers delivered to me as a surprise for my birthday and wedding anniversary.The flowers are absolutely beautiful, vibrant in colour and so fresh in great condition. The combination of colours and the selection of different flowers is outstanding.When I opened the door I was greeted by a lovely smiling lady with the most amazing bouquet I have ever had.I just can't stop looking at them.Thank you.

Absolutely outstanding flowers, service and care. I?ve used this shop for my mom?s birthdays, mothers days, anniversaries and finally her funeral. The care shown by the florists is absolutely exceptional, mom was housebound, partially blind and deaf for her final years, this florist went way beyond their role to ensure Mom always received her flowers in top condition and even took them in for her, arranged them and made sure they were left in a way they would last and no further care was needed. They showed great kindness to mom which I will always be grateful for. Nothing was too much trouble. Her final flowers (funeral) were a fabulous display and a perfect fitting tribute. This made a huge difference to the day of moms funeral. She loved flowers and you captured her favourites perfectly. Thank you so much for everything you did for Mom. I can?t recommend this florist (and special thanks to Sylvia) enough. Helen Heron(my girls and brother also ordered flowers from you and they were all absolutely outstanding. THANK YOU ??

Have never bought a plant in my life and popped in today and had a lovely experience!! Prices were soo good, such a large variety of plants to choose from and really friendly staff. Will deffo be back ?

Very disappointed. Had basket delivered 17th March. Card not written in so had to ring to confirm who had sent them. Flowers didn?t look particularly fresh & only lasted 5 days.

I would like to thank the Flower Centre Northfield for the beautiful funeral flowers they did for my dad. We gave them a design for the grandad flowers and they did a great job . Thank you to all involved in the making.
