Love their cheeseburger, Cajun fries and Strawberry milkshake.
Wheelchair accessibility: The area is wheelchair accessible with a tramp so that the wheelchair could get through.

Went with friends after going to the theatre, bacon was as hard as a rock couldn't eat it, can't give any rating for service as there isn't any, place was almost empty and they don't do table service when eating in, they just shout, it may be suitable for others, but certainly not for me.

It is the cleanest Five Guys I have ever seen. The taste was so good but the price was slightly expensive. We enjoyed our experience though.

Friendly staff, quick service.
Food is quite expensive, but tastes great.
Clean and tidy, toilets were also clean.
It was quiet when we visited only a few customers inside, though I imagine it gets a lot busier.
Lots of seating available.
Nice atmosphere.
In a good location. Great.

So why did I receive cold food?
I live across the street, it's not possible that my food got that cold in 30 seconds

I had a fantastic experience at Five Guys, thanks to the exceptional service from Mohammed I. He helped me choose the perfect items that fit my dietary requirements, and I really appreciated his patience and attention to detail. Mohammed I. was incredibly friendly, and I noticed the entire staff was just as kind and welcoming to all the customers. The venue is spacious and comfortable, with generous portion sizes that leave you satisfied. Plus, they offer free peanuts, which is a nice bonus! I highly recommend this location for the excellent service, great food, and welcoming atmosphere! Thank you Mohammed I.

I mean, when you?ve just had the worse drive of your life, because the city itself is the worse place I?ve driven too, we were off to see a show at NEC / Utilitia, you just want food.
We thought five guys, quick easy whatever.
For 2 burgers,2 drinks and fries I paid a small mortgage (£40 plus)
We were served in the bluntest way possible ?what do you want?
Then as we are looking what topping ?TOPPINGS?
Like we now my friend, want to pipe down , thanks , in the end because of how rushed and awkward, my partner said just order the exact same for me , so I don?t even know if that?s what he wanted.
Very quiet no customers, yeah I know why now.
I mean food is food we ate we paid we left, never to return.
