They got my order wrong, there was no hot sauce which made it quite dry and disappointing. It was also a sick how much more expensive than this branch is compared to my local branch in Tamworth. When there is so many alternatives in Birmingham, don't think I'll be rushing back.

Tasty food.
Unfortunately it's not very clean.
You have to rush to complete the order. Hamburgers on one side, drinks on the other. It's very poorly designed and bothersome. It's hard to squeeze between people waiting for me to order and then move with my tray to the next queue with drinks, where I have to show my receipt again.

We visited on Saturday 4th in the afternoon. It was quite busy as you would expect on a Saturday. We managed to find a table,but with only one chair. ( needed two) As i was stood up eating my tasty fries ,a lovely staff member called 'Saweyd' found a spare chair for me to sit without any hesitation. What an amazing, helpful and staff member you have. ? Well done and thank you Saweyd.

Came 14/11/24 at 5pm, food was OK, buns were cold, chips were cold, but meat was hot and milkshakes were good. Toilets were very unhygienic, urine sprayed all over the walls and floor in the cubicle. Very disappointed, will not visit again.

I came to this five guys on Tuesday 10th December at around 8pm with my siblings. I must say the food was absolutely delicious but the atmosphere was absolutely disgusting. Two Hijabi ( hair covering) workers from five guys were discussing things amongst themselves whilst laughing loudly towards our direction, it was very obvious they were trying to make fun of us and talk about us. I wanted to get out ASAP as we all felt SO uncomfortable. I was absolutely shocked to see this kind of service from five guys workers, you have got no reason to be laughing at customers faces from the corner and mocking them. We wont ever be returning to this five guys in bullring again because our experience was shockingly disgusting. Fyi, the worker which we saw who was mainly laughing into our faces actually made our burgers, doesnt cover her hair in the shop whilst on shift but puts a head covering on after she finishes her shift. I want a manager to get back to me on this and this is unacceptable service coming from such a professional food place !

Love five guys but don?t order large fries you always get medium. Every time. Sheffield and Newcastle give you proper larger fries but the bullring always short changes you. Burgers are fantastic.

Filthy inside, bored staff.
Toilets would not pass any hygiene inspection.
Actually bumped into the girl tasked with checking them - she's a waste of time, needed a mop in her hand and some toilet rolls - both were needed!
Took 30 minutes from order to eating. Supposed to be fast food!
Just horrible. Will not return.

Was incredibly busy yet they still managed to get orders out quickly and the taste of the burger is really good ... Free refills on soft drinks and really generous on the fries
