The bartender did not want to serve me a beer , according to his own eyes i was too drunk ? which it was not the case ; i understand that its the own judgment of the bartender which i respected it and left the place ; however his colleague agreed that i did not look drunk but in his own words " a little bit tipsy" which is far from looking, acting and being drunk ? i felt frustrated by this decision which i couldn't contest in any way but had to swallow it being misjudged.
Is there any other reason ?

Good good, nice atmosphere. Only concern was the mens bathroom. Raised concerns about cleanliness and lack of toilet paper to staff who were happy to solve. The staff who went and checked informed me that there was toilet paper (I went back in to discover it was so low, you had to stick your hand in the dispenser to get it) and that there was no cleanliness issue with the stalls/ it was dealt with. Unfortunately, the toilets were not cleaned so the issue was not dealt with, and to be honest, when the toilet paper is that low, it would not have hurt to ensure each stall had at least one full roll in. It would also have not hurt to fully clean each toilet bowl and seat to remove the marks on them. Sadly that's what let this place down. That some staff could not understand the cleanliness issue of a bathroom, and take action on it.

Arrived with friends on a night out and my fiancé tripped on the edge of the bar as it was crowded. The bald guy behind the bar, manager I?m assuming? Point blank refused to serve him claiming he was drunk, which was 100% not the case, we had only just arrived and he hadn?t even had a drink. Even though we had witnesses he was refused service, and we were told the rest of our party can be served as long as he leaves the premises. Have enjoyed this Spoons in the past but after that incident will not be coming back. Very rude!!

It's been a pub I've visited for many, many years. I was there for some food on 15th December. Staff were friendly and hard working. Unfortunately though every touch point was sticky. Bar, doors, tables, etc. I put me off wanting to eat there again.

We were lucky enough to find a table as it was very busy. Both had the large breakfast. It was really lovely but I was unable to eat all mine. Husband finished it off lol. The staff were friendly and were constantly clearing and cleaning tables as soon as the people left so looked clean and tidy too. Would recommend.

Ordered large breakfast eggs was hard then toast on my breakfast all ready had butter on it so you know it was of someone else plate what if I had allergic to the butter thay need to get better cooks that can cook instead of throwing any thing out

We visited on Friday 2 weeks before Xmas. The place was packed but the staff was doing everything they could to deliver food and drinks promptly. Very impressed with mixed grill.
