“Had a lovely experience at the Kurt Geiger shop at Birmingham airport. The assistant who was working there (I didn't catch his name, but it was 29/09/23) was extremely knowledgeable and brought me out shoes to try on. I fell in love with the Shoreditch platform heel and said I wanted them for my wedding I am currently planning, and he allowed me to try them on and was so kind and helpful. “Danny was really helpful, friendly and professional. She put my daughter at ease and talked her through the process of having her ears pierced. She was careful to check she felt OK between each lobe being pierced. It cost £30, but we also got a free pair of earrings every month for the next twelve months. Great service. Recommended.”
