Wow this shop has always been good, but they are really focused on customer service right now and it shows. Gaz will do anything he can to make a deal work with a customer and I got a terrific trade in price for my old amp (much better than they used to be years ago for trade ins) -Jarod a sound young lad sorted the amps for me to demo, nothing was too much trouble and actually shook my hand as he introduced himself...personal touches great customer service....anyway I walked out of there one happy customer with a shiny new Marshall ?? Thanks Guys.
