Went to watch Dune 2 and was distracted by what poor quality the screen was.It looked filthy and the bright shots of the desert were ruined by what looked like dirt all over the screen.Also the floor of the cinema doesn?t slope down enough so when people sit in front, the tops of the head are obscuring the screen.And they wonder why people are falling out of love with cinema?I?ll be waiting for future films to be available and watch them at home on a cleaner screen.Ordered a hot dog and that was awful too-way too Smokey and synthetic tasting. A £1.50 one from Costco was better and this was £8!All in all the experience for the two of us was approaching £80 and just doesn?t represent good value for money any more.

The menu to order food is so nice, the sofas are comfortable. Only downside is the serves keep walking past the screen otherwise would?ve been 5 stars

We visited here on valentines day evening and booked online two weeks prior. We expected it to be busy because of the occassion, which it was, but the atmosphere was still nice. The bar queue was long, maybe they could have had one extra staff member knowing it was going to be a busy day.We enjoyed the environment in the screen, sofa seats were very comfy and having thar extra leg room than a standard cinema made all the difference and made it that little bit more relaxing.We didn't order food because we had a meal booked afterwards but its great to know that a food menu is available.The lounge area upstairs is very cosy we had a drink up there and took some nice photos by the sequin wall.Love love loved my visit and will be back!

Best cinema to go to for a date night, hands down. Get your own sofa and your drinks and food orders are brought to your seats by the staff there.You do pay a premium price and I would recommend to sit nearer the front as the screen isnt as big with it being a more intimate venue, but definitely worth it.

Best cinema chain by far. Friendly staff, wine and food that you can take into the cinema. Comfortable and trendy large waiting area. The sofas in the screens are so comfortable and perfect for two. They take food and drinks orders in the room before the film starts.

Customer service was impeccable. Brought the food and drink we ordered straight to us instead of us waiting. Workers walking around in the ads asking if anyone had wanted anything for the movie too. Highly reccomend

Evening visit to see Wonka. Wonderful, comfortable, spacious cinema with very helpful, friendly staff. A really lovely treat. Enjoyed it so much that we're returning on Saturday ?

Small cinema by a restaurant and bar. Cinema has very comfy sofas on tiers towards the back. Little tables between each sofa for drinks and food served by a waiter before the start of screenings. Excellent.
