I ordered notes for holiday and within the order of the notes, there was ?300 that were counterfeit. When confronting them about this, they called me a liar and confiscated the notes, so therefore I was ?300 down even though the notes came from branch anyway. Quite a clever scam. I strongly advise against using this branch and EuroChange all together

Needed a top up of Mexican Peso, rang Leigha who was brilliant , packaged all the low denomination notes for me put it to one side and I bought them at the internet rate and collected in the hour. Excellent service , well done and very personable.
