Ordered and collected an item for over £100 ,was given it in a sealed box after a week my local garage opened the box to do repair only to discover it was a completely wrong item ,sitting in garage and euro won?t answer there phones ,Never shop here again

Collected a battery today with my girlfriend and guy behind desk brings battery out with no packaging or anything so i asked does it not come in box or anything politely and he then replied ? what do you need a box for? !? Very rudely
He was the guy with oldschool curtain haircut not sure where he goes barbers but was very old-fashioned. Anyway me and my mrs was not amused by his rude reply. Very rude unprofessional staff member wouldn't put his face at the front of my business.
