The lady at the till was very rude, she sighed at every thing I said. Didn't want to put my cars reg in and said to take anti freeze off the counter when I needed a special grade one instead.
Compared to the king's Norton euro car parts this is very very poor

Visited this store to pick up emergency parts for my vehicle. Thankfully the store was not busy and I was the only customer there. So I thought it would be easy.
However, an Asian lady appeared who seemed to be extremely miserable and unhappy to be working there. There was no smile on her face and barely spoke when questions were asked. She just grumpily mumbled, almost looking for a fight. It was a very strange interaction. I did not feel comfortable departing with my hard earned cash that will ultimately pay for her unjust wages, so I took a massive risk by driving to a local GSF, which I must say in comparison was lot better customer service wise.
A word to management, please don't force your staff to work for you if they're unhappy. It will ultimately cost you your business.

Disappointing Customer Service at Euro Car Parts Tyseley
I visited Euro Car Parts in Tyseley today to purchase a few items for my car. I initially went in to buy an air conditioning cleaner but also considered getting some engine oil compatible with my vehicle. When I asked the lady at the till for assistance in checking which oil would be suitable for my car, she walked off into the store without saying a word.
When she returned and began checking, she said something that I couldn?t quite hear. I politely apologised and asked her to repeat it, but she responded very rudely, saying she had just told me. I apologised again, explaining that I simply didn?t hear her the first time, but her tone remained dismissive and unpleasant.
Despite spending around £65 in-store, I left feeling very disappointed. It?s shocking that a well-known international company provides this level of customer service. There was no greeting, no smile, no basic courtesy?it felt as though we were being treated like a burden, or worse, as if we were asking for charity.
I felt disrespected and unwelcome, and I?m genuinely surprised this is tolerated in such an established business. We, as customers, have choices, and I?ll certainly think twice before returning. If I experience this kind of treatment again, I won?t hesitate to report it to the Consumer Rights Authority.

The lady at the counter was very rude never had a smile on Her face and never had no knowledge about cars and was very moody they must be cheap labour that?s why they hire them and it?s common sense if they don?t know nothing about parts why would they hire them giving false information

The lady at the counter today 3:58pm did not even come to the door to tell me they closed even tho I have been to 3 branches today who got my order wrong - been to Aston, Oldbury & Kings Norton to be told to go to acocks green got here 3:58pm rude lady who didn?t even bother come to the door to say we closed literally wave her hands to suggest go away we closed very rude & unprofessional especially when they got the order wrong twice ! Made me waste £50 on fuel going to 4 difffebt branches branch on kingsnprton give me used parts I said this is used ! They took forever to process refund and send me to acocks green when I got to acocks green branch 3 mins before they close the doors were locked but the lady behind the disk basically wave her hand at us to say go away we closed very rude!

The service is so slow. You order to pick up and then the one person at the desk has to deal with questions and queues. It?s always the same and sometimes they mess your order up.
