It's a petrol station and shop. Not the cheapest at time of writing but competitive. I didn't look around the shop as you pay a premium for the convenience so I don't use theses as a rule

A well positioned petrol (gas) station in the southern part of Birmingham, England. The shop was well stocked with goods if you wanted something quick. The assistant was friendly enough. Prices were keen for the fuel.
