Inaccessible for disabled folks due to the absolutely huge step up. Also almost impossible to get them to answer their phone. 4 rings and it goes to answerphone. I need to speak to someone, not leave a message for a callback at an unspecified time.I have used their delivery service before and it was really good which is why I'm trying to use them again but very frustrated at the inability to reach them and actually arrange delivery!If you can't answer your phone, we can't arrange delivery. And if you can't answer your phone at all for hours on end, you also won't be checking the messages

Excellent professional staff.The Staff Always go out of their way to assist their customers.The pharmacy is Conveniently located in the heart of Erdington.Opening hours are great, so no issues when trying to collect a prescription before or after work.????

The store is in a horrible state . Looks like a chemist in a slum in a 3rd world country.The prices they charge for over the counter medication is 55% more than every other chemist in the Midlands.If you walk in and you're caucasion you get a cold shoulder, them another Asian walks in and they treat them as a long lost family member...not to mention he's a complete stranger !If you can find another chemist closer to home , use that oneOr if you really need to use it...when you walk in ...say ...HamdoullalaAnd the girl with the head scarf is so bloody rude ...really the sign above the door should say ..." We only prefer to serve muslims" ....
