Total joke of a company, I was assessed as part of there warm home prescription scheme via my doctor . Was recommended for a more energy efficient boiler. To enable me to lower my energy bills and keep out of hospital.When the letter arrived they had changed it to a heat pump (which would cost more to run thus making my problems worse).I have been ringing them now several times a week for six weeks with no response . They are not interested in the people they are supposed to be helping. It just looks like a big scam to rinse government money for heat pumps (£7500) a unit. Regardless of whether this will leave end users in financial hardship. Just wish I could leave zero stars as one is one to many.
