Horrific pedicure treatement and horrible costumer service. I would not recommend this Salon as the lady (owner) is subject to offteing you a treatment for a price and then denying it the next time. I went here for a feet treatment i usually get done. On the 20th of May 2023, I booked a certain feet treatment and the lady recommended another (the empress feet pedicure with nailpolish) and because I was not getting the Polish done, she OFFERED that I pay £26 instead of £30- which is fair. On my next treatment turned out to be completely dishonest saying that I have to pay £30 for the same treatment and that last time it was a mistake. Mind you, I did remind her that I will not be getting a polish done, she offered to add a scrub onto the product which ALREADY came with it. The whole time she was very aggressive and dismissive of anything I ask her to the point she did not cut my nails properly. Horrific pedicures treatment as well as manners.

I went for a relaxing massage today, all I can say is that you absolutely need to try it. The lady is absolutely adorable and she definitely know how to make you relax. I can't wait to go again for a massage. Definitely recommend this place!
