Worst behaved staff including Manager. Low level of standards disrespectful behavior towards customers. I wasted my time by choosing this store .They are not helpful at all .This would be the worst EE store with useless staff and wasting precious time of customers. EE should consider firing all the staff including manager in this store. They could hire more professional staff. This is bad for both customers and save EE reputation.

Very dissappointed with my experience.
Yesterday I had an appointment to replace the faulty battery of my Google Pixel 6a - Google indicated that EE shops can be used as walk-in for bettery replacement, free of charge.
I left my phone there and when I went to pick it up, they told me that nothing was done to it as the technician found that my screen was faulty and that it would cost £70 to fix it.
I see nothing wrong with my screen... but regardless, you should replace my faulty battery not my screen.
They said that either both things were replaced or nothing.
This sound slike a scam to me.
I am happy with my screen, leave it be.
Google is paying for my faulty battery to be replaced, and EE takes the opportunity to squeeze some money out of us.
I will be scalating this complaint to Google.

What a store this is staff are rude to you and barely talk English when i did get someone i could understand and was kinda nice to help me they then tried to pressure me to buy another contract in store for my family for a discount rate after telling them 20 plus times NO i got up and walked out and will be cancelling my ee contacts as im in 14 days

I had a terrible experience. Staff are rude, and they forbid you to touch the products unless your purchasing one of their products. They are not heIpful at all. Most of the staff seem kind and well trained but the staff member I experience was extremely negative.

After having a battery problem with my pixel 7a I was told to contact this company for a replacement. I tried ringing them on a number of occasions but no-one would answer the phone. I've since elected for cash compensation rather than trying to deal with this company.

I came in with a problem with my phone and spent almost 4 hours there with no result fixing my phone?s EE SIM card issue. The service tried to push me a new home internet and even a new watch! They caused a mess with the new internet, and now I?m paying for two services ? that?s how it is with EE.
The staff are completely inexperienced and terrible. I spent 4 hours being moved from place to place. A total circus, not customer service. I do not recommend this place or its employees!!!!

My sister went to EE to renew her phone, and staff offered her a BT discount?somehow accessing my BT account. She agreed to a new contract in her name, but Adam, Mandey, and Muna wrongly renewed a 2-year contract under my name without my consent or presence.
I visited the store, and after two hours, Raes and Amy promised to call me with a resolution. I?m still waiting. Absolutely unacceptable service.
