Can you please update your Sunday opening hours on Google Maps. Was very inconvenient to turn up at your shop today based on the online hours just to find it was closed.

Very stressful day my husband and I had. Could not top up at our local shop. Rang ee and told us to go to the ee shop. Young man said he would need help with sorting it out. After a while I rang 150. TARIK took over and with the young lady at ee we got sorted thank you all

Me and my husband and I recently visited the EE store about getting a better phone deal.
The staff were exceptional!
When we arrived, the staff welcomed me and my husband in, explained everything in detail to me, and answered all of our questions.
They were patient, efficient, knowledgeable, and gave us time to review the contracts and made sure we fully understood everything before we made purchases.
I do recommend visiting this EE store. The staff are amazing, and all customers are treated with respect, have exceptional customer service, and help deal with all queries.

very poor customer service supervisor is so rude to give me a replacement sim at first he wanted us to wait for half an hour having free staff wondering around he took all my details put my phone number on paper after 10 mins i asked to the manager if we can come back after 30 mins he said nothing apart from ok when i came back to store he wanted me to wait for another 1 hour because i didn't wait in store but he didn't say anything when i told him i can come back !!!shame .....

You go in to see when your contract is up and they sit you down for 30 minutes, ask you security questions but in secret sign you up to another 18 or 24 months contract. Very sneaky. Cancelled my contract via head office which took 8 days to get thru & now rely on hotspot on mobile.

If i were to pay for my repair
So beware people

Scammers I got two iPhone 13 Pro Max and I had to pay £138 per month for two years. This one without informing me they took the money from my bank account the other time £158.40 every month. Relation disappointment I do not recommend it! !!

I went into the shop twice on different occassions firstly relation to a faulty phone and secondly regarding a cracked screen.
Both times they were focused on was up selling me a new phone !!
The were really pushing the upsell and didn't care about any of my other concerns or questions....Not a good sales technique. Buyer beware !!
