I came to this store within opening hours today and it was shut. No sign to explain why they shut early nothing! Now I?m left with no signal until tomorrow.

Needed a replacement phone. Went in to be told they dont sell phones only. I was told need to buy online. So whats the point of this store then?

Shop closes at 8pm in the week. I am stood outside at 6:45pm and the shop is closed. Many people are confused. Got a brand new phone ordered to store and now I can?t collect it. Make it make sense

Over a £billion in profit, and still can't afford for their stores to be sufficiently staffed. Come in for a repair, 2 staff with customers, and 1 chatting to an ex-member of staff, juvenile chitchat about random stuff like holidays, other staff politics and how she was caught up in another EE store being robbed. The 1 staff member chatting away looks like a manager and just talking to her openly about all the potential flaws and ways the stores can be robbed, including being short-staffed, how ironic!
I tried calling up the store number, which was a never ending loop, that just went to the main switchboard but after 20, 25 mins, just disconnected by itself. This happened twice.
All the money in the world but run like a back alley market stall, with the accompanying behaviour and rubbish customer service.
Wasted another 20 mins instore being told to wait, when one of the 2 with customers was free, she just said, I've finished for the day, the other guy will deal with you.
Luckily, I then asked her if they could do repairs and she said no, it's only their main store in Bham. So a multi-billion pound company with only one repair store in the second largest city in the UK.
Imagine, if I didn't have the foresight to ask, I would have sat there for up to an hour, whilst the manager chills in the back, and the one staff member puts through a sale that was taking ages!
Utter bonkers and ridiculous service!

I had an exceptional experience in the store yesterday. The staff went above and beyond to help me and I left the store with a truly amazing deal. I want to particularly mention AJ who took the time to make sure that I received the best offers available to me . From now on this is the only EE store I will be visiting.

Absolutely awfull I have walked in to get my sim replaced I have asked him from the start when I walked in if they have any sims available after waiting for half an hour they told me they don?t I not sure if they were racist or what the issue was they had no manners what so ever when I asked for help from one of the workers there he told me he was just looking around and proceeded to walk around the shop doing absolutely nothing

Poor service my son in laws phone was stolen and he went for a new one wouldn?t let him keep the
same number said he had to deal with that himself and that many hurdles to jump through would be better to have a new number. Which means they were too lazy to do it themselves and no one else in shop other than him. They said they were blocking his old number they haven?t . You want decent service don?t go there.

I came at 17:10 and the salesman was busy with someone so he told that i will book you in for 17:50 we said yes wrote our name with them and waited there till 17:50pm we came back at 17:50 and there was only one staff member and only one customer at that time we waited again for 20 minutes meanwhile waiting there one more customer left the shop and after waiting for 30 mins no one showed up at the time of the appointment given.

I was being served by a sales advisor and his colleague came of a rudely interrupted us without saying ?excuse me? and turned his back to me to speak to his colleague who was already serving me! Poor customer service. I left not renewing my EE contract in the end.

Roua was amazing. I had a very complicated and confusing need, however, she went on to try her best in showing me what was available. She took her time in ensuring I was getting what I wanted. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in the plans and packages. However, I must say her senior was rushing her and interrupting myself and her and asking her to hurry up even though I was the one that was trying to explain my problems. Made it awkward and uncomfortable hearing that from her senior.
