This shop is useless.\\nI've tried to go 2 days. Both days says open on the site but I've turned up and its closed. I've wasted a trip for nothing usless.\\nIt is 27-6-23 @ 4.20pm it says open till but shutters are down. Closed again useless

Staff member was not very friendly, off hand, a bit brusk, distracted by colleagues frequently, answered questions but was off hand & did not tell me how to find information, but did put the SIM card in for me & stuck the phone number on the phone but you felt he just wanted to get rid of me asap before I changed my mind about my cheap pay as you go phone. Maybe if I spent more money he would have been more friendly? Not sure I had the information to judge if this is what I wanted.

Extremely Bad service, I visited store on Sunday to Pre-order Iphone 14 Pro and store rejected me without even checking my documents as I have moved to the UK just 6 months back.But, when I applied online thorugh ee.co.uk my application went through and the phone is being dispatched.I travelled all the way to store to give them sales and the store rejected me for no reason.Unhappy

Terrible customer service! Was passed around from colleague to colleague and basically was made to feel like I have no value whatsoever! I?ve been a loyal customer for 4+ Years and this was the last straw! I?m switching!

Small but Lovely and clean hall. Food was very tasty especially tandoori chicken.Sufficient car park. Would go there again.

I used their phone service for some time and I'd like to say that it was terrible because the staff barely assisted me in trying to terminate my contract and didn't help me trying to suspend my stolen phone number but continued to charge money for a phone contract I don't even use.
