Staff member at Perry Barr was not very friendly, off hand, a bit brusk, distracted by colleagues frequently, answered questions but was off hand & did not tell me how to find information, but did put the SIM card in for me & stuck the phone number on the phone but you felt he just wanted to get rid of me asap before I changed my mind about my cheap pay as you go phone. Maybe if I spent more money he would have been more friendly? Not sure I had the information to judge if this is what I wanted.

Better off going to another ee store. These guys offer very bad service. Bad mouthing the actual company infront of the customer.
Lying to the customers about phone deliveries and then blaming customer service.

Some staff haven't got clue what they are doing, poor communication, not very friendly, some are too serious. Other EE store are the best! very friendly chatting. Sorry no offence I hope your service improve.

Some employees do not raise to standards.
The employee in question, whose name I was told is Rianna (though I am unsure of the exact spelling), provided an experience that fell far below the high standards I have come to expect from EE.
Yesterday, I lost my phone and went through the process of making a claim through my insurance. As a loyal EE customer for the past five years, I have always experienced excellent service. Every representative I spoke to today was a shining example of this?except Rianna, who went above and beyond to be unhelpful.
The issue arose due to an incorrect date of birth on my account. . When I visited the store today (15.03.2025) around 12:00 to collect a replacement SIM, Rianna outright refused to issue one, stating that because the date of birth did not match, she could not proceed.
I asked if there was any possible solution, but she offered none. I then requested to speak with the manager, who suggested calling Customer Service. After making it clear that I would not leave without my SIM, I called Customer Service on the spot. The representative immediately corrected the date format in my account and confirmed that I was now eligible to collect my SIM.
However, when I informed Rianna that the issue had been resolved and that I was now authorised to receive the SIM, she refused yet again, claiming that the system would take 48 to 72 hours to update. I asked her to show me proof that it was not working, but she declined, insisting that I was not the account holder.
Once again, I had to involve the manager, who ultimately resolved the issue and issued me the SIM card without any further delay.
Rather than assisting me in an already difficult situation, her lack of empathy and refusal to help only escalated my distress, making an already challenging day significantly worse.
Rianna?s unwillingness to help, refusal to explore solutions, and overall dismissive attitude do not align with the exceptional customer service EE is known for. In stark contrast to all the other EE representatives I dealt with, who were professional and efficient, Rianna displayed a complete lack of initiative and customer care.
I strongly believe that Rianna?s approach to customer service does not reflect EE?s high standards, and she does not appear suited for a customer-facing role.

EE One Stop has a staff member who is extremely rude. We visited the store seeking advice and assistance, but this particular staff member simply sat there and told us to call customer service because there was nothing they could do. That staff member also displayed very rude manners and no respect towards us. This is not the first time ; it has happened twice before. I have a photo of the staff member and all the conversations we had. They mentioned his name as Abraham, but I?m not sure if that?s accurate.

Just want to give a huge 5 stars to Saif and the other staff in the store! They were so helpful today when I went in to ask for support in setting my phone up. Great customer service, well done EE for employing great staff like these guys! Thanks ?

Phoned to get prices of super fast chargers, but the lady l spoke with had difficulty with super fast charger terminology and brand names. I can't say l was impressed with her rather apparent lack of knowledge about something that isn't that complicated. ?
