Where do I even start explaining the issues I have had with EE. I took my contract in November last year. I Was offered great Black Friday deals and was promised the world but all of this created so many issues for me . All of this Started by input of incorrect email address and this is where I had to make my (first call) to check why I haven?t had any confirmations or delivery info for the stuff I ordered. Apple TV was ordered incorrectly (another call) watch was charged incorrectly( another call) Netflix was not the right package then billed it all to me and separate charges by Netflix who no one took responsibility for( another call) I went into Birmingham store , the girl who was asked to see me gave a big sigh after she heard about all the issues because she didn?t want to help. (I didn?t want those issues) Then assistant manager came who was totally unempathetic and basically told me nothing he could do. Great service when you want us to sign up for new contracts but no after care for existing customers. Absolutely disgraceful . I had to make several calls to get my issues resolved . Very unsatisfied with the whole experience

Don't bother calling them as they don't answer/phone doesn't ring. They are SO useless that they can't replace a screens protector in store. It baffles me how EE are still in business when their prices are 10x higher than any other company... and reception 10x as bad as any other company. It was clear today that they simply didn't want to do their jobs.

Went to buy an iphone yesterday evening and
I was completely impressed with Fatima's professionalism and customer service. She is actually very kind and soft spoken ? she helped alot. Felt very close to her?? She is just awesome very professional and friendly. Giving her 10 out of 10

Went in to buy two tablets ideally one samsung and one iPad. Loads of staff standing around chatting to each other. Asked what the difference and price between the various samsung tablets was. She went away for some time to come back stating that one is £70 per month. We advise only want to buy outright advise that can't do that. Not staff fault but poorly managed and trained
