Large store, good variety,
severely lacking customer service, young lady at till seems to lack any regard for customers, it isn?t like we spend our hard earned cash here or anything
Lack of staff and staff attentiveness to help me find stock led to an overall poor impression of my first in store shop of Dunelm?..
?will have to search for another establishment more keen on customers?.

Very impressed with this store. Having looked everywhere for a very small plug adapter I eventually gave in and asked a lovely staff member called Diana who found it for me. I know it's not much, but she was so patient and friendly I had to leave a review. Thanks Dunelm ?

Only a low rating due to the poor performance of staff. The system to pay by card went down stood in a que for 20mins had to ask what was wrong. Then they lied and said they were telling every one

Not the shop it used to be. The baskets they want you to pull round are far too big and with narrow aisles, a real menace. Smaller, more manageable baskets needed. Long wait at the checkout where only one lady was working as hard as she could. I got what I wanted but won't be hurrying back.

I visited DuneLM Erdington several times, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience all the time I was there!
The store itself is beautifully laid out, with a great variety of home goods that are both stylish and practical. I especially loved exploring the upstairs location, which was packed with even more great finds and inspirations for home decor.
One of the highlights of my visit was the Pausa Cafe area. It?s such a cozy and inviting spot to take a break from shopping. The atmosphere was relaxed, and it?s a perfect touch to an already great shopping destination.
A big shoutout to Lauren Tipper, who made the experience even better. She was incredibly expressive, helpful, and truly went above and beyond to assist me every time I went in. It?s rare to find such attentive and enthusiastic service, and she made my visits memorable. Thank you ??
Overall, DuneLM Erdington offers a wonderful shopping experience with great amenities and exceptional staff. Highly recommend stopping by for both the products and the warm service!
