Unable to contact practise due to been closed. Mid week.Staff seem un aware of practise procedures, the maypole twined site only states not our patient so don?t do anything.All surgerys??s staff could do with reviewed policy?s and procedures training and provide customer service to the people there surposed to represent.

I'm giving druids heath surgery 5 star's because the doctor's and nurses are brilliant and very professional.The reception staff are very polite and friendly.

Bad bad bad?. It?s a shame that there is no other surgery in the area? reception rude and abrupt always pre occupied with nothing??doctors? are the worst they should be paid on performance ?. Abysmal? no wonder most of the reviews here are 1 star I would have given 0 star if I could

Terrible, every appointment you have to wait 10-20 minutes because they're late, staff at front desk look like they don't wanna be there and are very rude. They have booked extra appointment's without telling me then sent me messages threatening to stop my appointments, then when I booked appointments I was told there was none booked. I went in today waited for my appointment as usual, the kiosk never works so I always tell the lady and the desk and she was on the phone and had a line of people when I finally could talk to her she said the doctor has gone home, it was only 5 minutes over my appointment time? usually don't they at least check first ?????? wasted time, I asked for another and she said they're booked the entirety of December?? Imagine if I was an elderly person who cannot use the kieosk? I went to a different doctors surgery for a scan and they would come out and ask for you if the machine was broken, here they do not care. another time I had changed my number and asked them repeatedly to change it yet they kept ringing my old number it just seems nobody wants to do their job here. I had a very important scan that I was very anxious for the results only for them to not ring me because they rang my old number for the 5th time after asking them to change it, then was told they're booked up for 3 months and cant get my results till then, a quick 2 minute phone call to tell me my results ridiculous. Also when told I suffer with bad anxiety they booked in a trainee doctor as well as main doctor without asking me, already one person makes me nervous enough, I explained on the phone and yet they still did not listen. I'm changing doctors, don't go here.

Very poor service from my personal GP.Asked very clearly to be asked to be referred to a psychiatrist, and was instead referred to a CMHT without being told prior. Upon having another appointment with the same gp to discuss and resolve the error, I was adamantly told that all under 25s have to be referred to CMHTs. A cursory search on the NHS website, and multiple calls to the CMHT and my therapist at the time later, it was confirmed that you need to be referred to a psychiatrist through your GP. Upon telling this to my GP, she still refused to refer me to a psychiatrist as I asked.I was also only told I was outside of the catchment area after receiving my follow up appointment mentioned above.An extreme lack of care for mental health and obvious lack of knowledge is the reason why I will never recommend this practice.

very very careless doctors. I doubt if they are fully qualified drs or no I think they are in training without supervision, they put no effort at all only reading what's in the system and this is (for children emergency appt) very useless and not just one person must of them are like this. I am looking to move my family very soon

Never known a surgery as bad as this. Incompetent and rude reception staff, no appointments available for vulnerable people. Advised to visit the pharmacy when it was closed and then told we can't help go to a&e. No consideration, no compassion, no time for a small child. Disgraceful.

Absolutely horrendous doctors from reception onwards came in with two poorly children because i did not have a mask they told me and my children to wait by the front door in winter, the doctors there have misdiagnosed my children 3 times the last 2 times resulting in my son going to hospital DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE take them to a walk in centre instead your child will have a broken leg and they will say its viral my son had a chest infection and tonsillitis and they kept saying its viral ended up at childrens hospital why is this doctors so afraid of giving out antibiotics its disgusting

racists staff towards non white people very rude I am sitting here right now and I can see the difference between how the dealing with white people and non white absolutely disgusting and i will never come here again
