We had excellent service from Fatima as soon as we walked in the door she took us to the machine that shows what mattress you need and then showed us three beds to try she was really pleasant and polite all the way from start to finish only when I asked awkward questions did she need any advice from her manager who was very pleasant and polite really nice experience from both Fatima will be an asset to your company.JM

A lovely lady called Jay assisted me choosing a new mattress. Very helpful, explained everything explicitly, nothing too much trouble. Greeted my daughter and myself but not at all pushy or a hard sell and also gave us a lovely hot chocolate, would certainly recommend her 100%.

Had a great experience being served by Sharan. She was very informed about what she was selling. She was NOT a pushy seller and had a lot of time to listen. And was constantly asking if we wanted a hot drink. Definitely recommend using this branch and especially being served by Sharan.

Amazing customer service we received specialised information about the products in store and they aided my family into making a choice best suited to our needs. I just had the BEST mattress buying experience ever at Dreams in Perry Barr, earlier today
From the moment my wife and i stepped into the store, we were greeted with a warm smile and genuine interest from Tariq, the salesman there. He didn't just try to sell us the most expensive mattress (There were many and tbh, most salespeople do!), but took the time to understand our needs and preferences.
We were scanned with the sleep scape machine and he patiently answered all our questions (there were many!), explained the different types of mattresses, and never once made us feel rushed. He made the entire process so enjoyable, even fun! He listened carefully to our concerns about back and neck pain and suggested different products that might offer the perfect support.
In the end, We got a great mattress, a frame and new pillows (at a great price with a sweet installment payment plan). Tariq truly went above and beyond, making sure we were completely happy with our selection before finalizing the purchase.
It was a lovely experience and I'd absolutely recommend 100 percent. If you're ever there, ask for Tariq! You won't be disappointed.

I spoke to a lovely lad called Dave , he came up to me and was very helpful . He asked me to try out the mattress finder , to assist with choosing the correct mattress for me , we discussed a few options , and then ordered the best mattress for me in my price range .
He was most polite and helpful , and even offered me a coffee - thank you
