I had a lovely experience in DREAMS, first timer at Erdington and Lauren welcomed my mom and I on arrival. It was a great customer experience and I received good value for my money and quality product.

We visited Dreams looking for a new matress as ours is so uncomfortable. After a few minutes of looking around Andy came over to chat to us and introduced himself, and used the sleep machine to find out our preferred sleeping positions, mattress type according to any ussues we now have with our bodies. We then tried a few mattresses which would be suitable for us. We decided on a soft 'Tempur' mattress, as soon as we lay on it it was comfortable and we could have fallen asleep!
Andy was extremely knowledgable, informative and professional. He had excellent service skills and I would definitely give him a ten out of ten and recommend 'Dreams'.

What a wonderful experience today my husband and myself had when we walked into Dreams Beds at their Erdington Store.
We were greeted by Lauren a young lady with a wealth of knowledge on all things beds and mattresses
Firstly we were asked if we would like a drink. Tea, Coffee or water was offered, the order of the day, needless to say with the weather we are experiencing, water was our choice.
Now back to the mattress we had decided we were in need of.
After answering some very basic questions we lay on a mattress that would work out the best type of bedding that was suitable for us.
Lauren was so informative about the mattresses we were interested in that it was a pleasure to have her along side us when we made the decision. Of course we just had to buy the tempur pillows we had used when trying out the mattresses. What a fantastic time we had buying a new mattress today. I can most definitely recommend buying your beds and mattresses from Dreams.

We recently went to dreams the one located in erdington. We were greeted by such a lovely lady called claire. She really looked after us , there was no hard sell which I hate . She just advised us on different beds etc . We found a perfect bed for us . Claire is such a lovely helpful employee at dreams and an asset to that company , will definitely go back to dreams in the future

Not to sound cheesy but our time in this store was an absolute Dream. We walked in not really knowing what we would be looking for and after a bit of time with Claire we knew exactly what mattress would cater to our needs. Claire couldn't have been any friendlier, Constantly offering us drinks and making sure we're helped with every question we had. I can honestly say we would return to this store again just to pop in for a friendly catch up with Claire.
