I ordered a Monaco Garden Furniture Set on Wednesday 14/07/21 from Wowcher it cost£599. Today Friday 16/07/21 I received an Email to say it was dispatched.30 mins later the delivery driver was at my Front door. He brought the furniture around to my back garden and put it where we would be able to open it up easily. After seeing all of the bad reviews I felt that I must say thank you for the prompt service. Once again thank you Dreams Living.

I bought a sofa for my office which broke in only a few months with minimum use. They don't provide refunds or replacements which was disappointing as I now have to buy a new one. I wouldn't recommend this company.

If I could leave no stars I would! 2 orders made only received one as the other was damaged in their warehouse however they didn't feel the need to let me know that I only found out when half my sofa set was delivered! Said they had arranged a refund and would email me proof of this however it never happened! I have now had to open a PayPal dispute! It's a shame as the one sofa I did recieve is nice but unfortunately the other part is missing! Advice to other buyers always pay with PayPal when you using this company! Communication is poor and they are not truthful when you call!

Ordered a Nine-seater corner garden furniture set from Wowcher. I didn't read the reviews until after i bought it which made me VERY ANXIOUS!.. seeing as there were so many bad reviews. Sofa came flatpacked on time (within a week) in 3 big boxes. Took about 4/5 hours to assemble the set. Once it was all together it looked beautiful. Good quality and a lot better than i was expecting for so cheap. Thanks dreams!

I almost didn't order from these guys after reading the google reviews, but they had a good deal on a sofa on OnBuy so took a stab in the dark.My experience was seamless. The estimated delivery time was around 2 weeks but the sofa arrived within 3 days.It was mostly assembled- just needed to slot the back rests onto the seats.It's a great sofa, just like in the pictures, and the reclining mechanism works just fine.It's unfortunate that some people had a negative experience with this company but mine was quite the opposite!

I don't usually write any reviews but thought I had better stick up for this company as there are so many bad reviews. My experience has been excellent. Ordered garden furniture in early June and was given a delivery date in early July. It has all arrived about 2 weeks early! All put together in a couple of hours and all fine. While some folks seem to have had problems I can't fault them.

shocking! Ordered bedroom furniture, 1st told would be delivered on the 9th of the month (phoned to check where it was on the 9th), got told couldn't deliver in that time frame, due to COVID (fair enough). Then told and booked in delivery for the 22nd of the month. phoned Arrow (delivery company) on the 22nd, to find out what time they would be delivering, only to be told Dreams Living had cancelled the order!! How companies like this are still in business is a mystery????

Supplied a damage unit, they said no replacement available so the would issue partial refund, which was acceptable. Built the furniture up, they then said no refund but will swap item, which is no good to me after I built furniture. With I'll fitting doors and damaged panels. The package had obviously been a returned item, taped up. They had used what looked like polyfiller or similar to fix the damaged parts. Explained this to them, they were not interested. Terrible customer service. Shoddy product. AVOID COMPANY FULL STOP.

I've refrained from leaving a review untill my order was completed, now I finally have everything I can share the good news.Item was ordered from manomano, the delivery information was never updated so I had no idea when/if it was going to arrive. Booked a week off work and was relieved when it arrived on the last day of the estimated 4 day window given 3 weeks prior. At the point of order I had no idea Dreams living fulfilled the order, so when I saw the feedback I was slightly worried.The product is not as pictured as the feet are different.Secondly the box contained 2 left arms for the chair. I can't imagine this is their fault as I presume it is packed where it's manufactured in China. They don't answer their phone.A few emails to manomano and a new right arm is on the way. A week later, a left arm turns up. Again.Third time lucky, they finally send a right arm and I can assemble the chair. 2 months after ordering and 1 month after first receiving the furniture.

Horrible company, won't answer phone or return calls. Had to contact wowcher for them to collect furniture & pay£40 ! Already paid £30 for delivery; front panel doors, but the sides heavy chipboard, back panel flimsy cardboard ! Whole thing needed to be fixed to a wall, otherwise tip over. Never thought of doing Google customer review of company before purchase, nor should we need to.

I ordered a bed through Wowcher and paid 250 for a triple bunk bed. Everything was fine got the confirmation through and booked in for delivery 02/11/19. ?The bed? got delivered! I was looking at the order thinking something just isn?t right there wasn?t enough boxes. There was 2 single mattresses and that caused alarm bells to ring! They sent the wrong bed. After phoning a number various time and not being able to speak to anyone. I informed the delivery men to take it back and they said no as it was not their responsibility. Got an email through to them eventually where they ?apologised? and said they would arrange a collection and redelivery.They came for the bed that was incorrect and my delivery was booked in 14/11/19 where my partner took the day off work ?which was for no reason?. Got a text while I was at work saying that the courier has part of the order missing and that they would contact within 24hours for redelivery.I am not very happy with the level of customer service. Another week where my kids have no bed. Still no confirmed redelivery. Not worth the hassle I just want my money back. Worst company ever!

They have taken our money in early May for a parasol which was on offer through Wowcher. The 17 May delivery date passed with no delivery. They have not answered subsequent emails or telephone calls. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.
